maggie02.jpg (27354 bytes)  CounterNet Spots 1 & 2 - 3:00 public service announcement

CounterNet Spots 1 & 2 offer a different take than the slick TV ads of late that portray the internet as a savior for the global economy.  Satire, Agit-Prop and Public Service Announcement rolled into one, these two spots take aim by asking what's wrong with the internet.  As such, they are CounterNet.

hnweb.jpg (18680 bytes)  Hercules Now! - 3:57 music video

Denton, Texas' most famous rock band, Centro-Matic, tells it like it is with blistering guitars and plaintive vocals. This live performance is mixed over footage from the 1957 original Steve Reeves "Hercules" motion picture, now in the public domain.

hallpros.jpg (27606 bytes)   Hall of Prosperity - 3:43 experimental video short

An ordinary elevator lobby in a quiet office building in Dallas becomes the setting for a journey of sound and texture.  In-camera effects explode subtle reflections of light found on tile and wood paneling into kaleidoscopic images.  Haunting music and an errant VO news commentary add to the surrealistic effect.
